Twist on Fruit Salad


We love fruit at our house. We also love dessert. Sometimes I serve fruit with dinner and sometimes I serve it up as dessert. This recipe can be used as either.

I used 4 fresh peaches (cut into cubes)
1 can of pineapple chunks
3 bananas (sliced)
1 box of sugar free vanilla pudding mix

Place cubes peaches and sliced bananas in a bowl. Drain pineapple juice and keep. Mix pineapple chunks into bowl. In separate bowl, mix pineapple juice with pudding mix. Pour pudding/juice mix over fruit. Stir well. Refrigerate at least an hour. Enjoy!
